- Dec. 15, 2018: Mandatory D-1 Business Disclosure Statement Due


Required 2019 Reports for Candidates with Open 2018 Campaign Accounts

-March 10, 2019: C-5 for Candidates with 2018 campaign accounts open, covering Nov. 22, 2018 through March 5, 2019
-September 10, 2019: C-5 for Candidates with 2018 campaign accounts open, covering March 6, 2019 through Sept. 5, 2019

C-8 Constituent Services Account C-8 Report Due Dates and Guide
    1- January 10, 2019

2019-2020 Lobbying Report Dates

2018 Non-Session Year
 - Feb. 15, 2019 - Non-Session Year End Report - (Report must cover Jan. 1, 2018 through Dec. 31, 2018) 

2019 Legislative Year
- Feb. 15, 2019: Mandatory L-5 report covering January
- March 15, 2019: L-5 report covering February that is required if you spent $5,000 or more in February
- April 15, 2019: L-5 report covering March that is required if you spent $5,000 or more in March
- End of session report: Mandatory L-5 report due 30 days after the session adjourns

2019 Session Year-End Report
 - Feb. 15, 2020- Non-Session Year End Report - (Report must cover Jan. 1, 2019 through Dec. 31, 2019)

2019 City Candidate Report Dates

      - September 10, 2019: Form C-5 must be filed, covering March 6, 2019 through September 5, 2019

Off-Cycle Reporting

There is no reporting calendar for the off-election cycle. PACs and Parties are required to file a report 12 days before and 20 days after an election in which they participate by making an expenditure. If there is no city or school election activity then the only required report is due January 31st, 2018.

Please follow the calendar for the type of candidate/issue your committee has contributed to during the 2018 election cycle. If your committee has contributed to more than one type of candidate, you will follow the highest appropriate calendar. For example, if you give to a county candidate and a statewide candidate, you'll follow the statewide calendar.
